Get To Know Dr. Ashley Niles

Dr. Ashley Niles’ upbringing and personality closely resembles that of the Niwot community: friendly, safe, and community-orientated. Growing up in Geneva, IL, a small suburban town rich in culture, community, and heritage, Dr. Niles knew from a young age that she wanted to help her community in some realm of healthcare.

Since finishing Dental School at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2009, Dr. Niles has dedicated her career to offering comprehensive and community-based oral health care. Her work has brought her experiences in a fast-paced downtown Chicago office, a rural family practice in Yorkville, and before leading the team at Niles Family Dentistry, she worked for Perfect Teeth in Boulder. Dr. Niles has volunteered her time and talent in Panama alongside pre-dental school students, gaining valuable experience in cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge, creation and repair, and endodontics in a group practice setting. She has continually stayed focused on preventive, holistic family dentistry. 

Committed to bringing her patients advanced dental treatments and techniques, she is also dedicated to the environment. Dr. Niles is conscious of keeping her practice eco-friendly and has even been certified by the Eco-Dentistry Association.

Dr. Niles and her husband, Dan, have three children: Troy, Trevor, and Tilly. In her spare time outside of the office, Dr. Niles enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with her family and friends in the stunning Colorado mountains. An avid runner, Dr. Niles squeezes in runs when she can, and rides her bike to work most days. She finds joy in cooking healthy food and staying connected with her community, so If you see her around town, say hello!

What Patients Can Expect

Dr. Niles and the staff at Niles Family Dentistry make dental care an easy, relaxed and transparent process. Our goal is to build a partnership with you, as you and your family’s dental home for years to come. 

On your first visit, Dr. Niles will take a comprehensive look at all of the hard and soft surfaces in your mouth, complete a full oral cancer screening, take X-rays, and check for any periodontal disease or decay. She will also evaluate your bite, and address any concerns you have regarding your mouth and teeth.

Dr. Niles and the staff will help you understand and build a treatment plan to ensure your smile thrives.

To ensure our team can provide superior care, our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We use 3D CBCT and a digital iTero scanner and an intraoral camera to take detailed images of your mouth and gums. Even more, Niles Family Dentistry only uses digital x-rays, which means that there are no chemicals and less radiation. Our innovative, modern, and energy-efficient tools will make your visit with our team one to feel good about.
